Yamaha FZR400 R 1WG/2TK
The 1WG type of the first FZR400, which was born in the form of joint development with the works machine YZF400, which was created to regain the title of the F3 champion that had passed away. It becomes a mass of GENESIS philosophy such as aluminum delta box frame and 45 degree inclined engine & downdraft intake system, and it becomes a genuine racer replica.
But this wasn't the end. The following year, in 1987, the FZR400R, which should be called a racing premise vehicle, was released with limited production.

The FZ400R was the first to install the SP grade that was often used in the racer replica era. To add a little, the first jointly-developed works machine YZF400 is the top class race where works are complimented by TT-F3 (international A class), the top of the domestic 400cc race.
On the other hand, the SP400 race was popular due to its narrow range of modifications. It was a class like Torymon, whose arms are mono to fight in almost normal.
