Yamaha Timberwolf 250 4x4 Review/Overview

Yamaha Timberwolf 250 4X4

this is my my new four-wheeler hatch left um got rid of the old Bayou the old 400 by the old piece of junk and I got this the reason I'm pretty I'd kind of explained a lot of the reasons I didn't like to buy .

Yamaha Timberwolf Green

but um I heard top top it off didn't start in the cold was really so it stopped over like 25 or 20 and it was bulky it hard to ride so I got this it's a Yamaha so 1994 years made Yamaha Timberwolf 4x4 it is a 250 cc engine air-cooled free air whatever so it's not liquid cool that's not a thing I don't really have to worry about the fan not working and all that it overheating.

Yamaha Timberwolf Review

You know just as long as you don't feel too much heat down there it should be fine I like these four wheelers a lot um my friend has to buy you buy you 250 or 220 I mean and this is about the same size maybe a little bit bigger visually like overall it's pretty much the same.

But I have four-wheel drive and the only wet spot off followed on this one or so far it's like right here and I think I spilled something on there when I was taking the carburetor off.

Which is right there you know it's right here thumb knob for the idle so yeah his Bayou was all caked everybody I've ever seen they're cool ones have just been caked in grime and oil and stuff so this one's pretty clean.

It's got five years and this is the reverse if you're wondering it's full-time four-wheel drive with a limited slip its limited slip right there so it's a really tight limited slip on pretty much only slips.

Timberwolf 4x4 Review

If you're on pavement like the differential so if I'm going like up a hill and the wheels are slipping like if it's muddy all four wheels go so let's pretty much true four-wheel drive um yeah so this is the reverse to use reverse you put it in first gear and you pull this squeeze that and you switch that back seat is in good condition it's the axle for the back and the hitch the muffler this engine does not use any oil.

And oil stays pretty clean it so I like that we nice have had a window to check the oil but a dipstick works too will filter I'm assuming is under there I change the oil but I didn't have an oil filter so I just put new oil in it which isn't that big video I actually know somebody that would be watching this video that changed the oil and thereby you probably like 20 times without replacement filter because you didn't know there was one but alright see if she starts cold start a hand is right on the muffler.

right on the cylinder it's all just cold so you even use the choke which is right there choke needs a new knob first year then you'll see the reverse light light up go back to the first year I need new brakes this user I can squeeze it all the way in its pulled all the way out and the back one is completely I don't even hold up anymore because it needs new shoes all the way around but once I do that the brake so we're good um as a snowplow that goes into this receiver hitch in the front that works good has a wench 2,000 pound so that works I have a choke knob a snowmobile to fit eyes have to put on there but I don't hardly ever use the choke like you see it starts right up runs pretty cool holding my hand right on the engine right now even though we didn't ride it very long.

it's barely even warmed up so all right I'm going to go charge the camera back up and make more videos so now I'll show you I'm going to see quick it's got a battery I'll lunch wiring and K&N in there as a cannoneer filter so do one more little startup love it wrap it up a little bit neutral the neutral a works and actually turns up and you put in here anyway so yeah runs pretty good I like it a lot goes a lot faster than my other one so I'm actually selling my extra 100 now trying to buy a CR 85 expert operating equipment here I guess so anyways um you're probably thinking there's no racks on this four-wheeler.

well this says it can hold 66 pounds and I think the Bayou is something also something similar to that we all and all you can put way more than that there's metal under here it's just plastic so you don't hit yourself on the bars you should be riding hard offroad.

So you can see it's all this is all metal right here and that's metal this whole thing right here is all metal so completely solid and same with the front and there's hooks here and you got the bumpers you got these little things and those things same with up here it's all metal and plastic like so yeah four-wheel drive.

Everything works suspension so all right Oh cameras are going to go dead here pursuing but all right that'll be enough for now my need for wheeler I like it a lot better than the other one so thanks for watching.
