Yamaha WR250R Supermoto
Yamaha WR250R is a Bi-sport motorcycle operated by Yamaha Motor Company. It has a four-stroke engine of 250 cm3 (15 CU in) liquid-cooled single cylinder, powered by premium quality electronic injection. It has remained largely unchanged since its introduction in 2008, with most of the differences being cosmetic .
This is the sister model is the WR250X, building the Supermoto with a more street oriented set of wheels, brakes and suspension. The WR points to a large translation gearbox in both names, designed for a good low-speed response in the off-road range while being able to reach the highway speed.
Despite the similar name, it has very few common components with the lightest, non-road legal competition WR250F.
