2021 Yamaha MT-07 First Sight : MT07 Launched
Yamaha officially launched the latest model of its flagship sport naked bike, the 2021 Yamaha MT-07 model.
The Yamaha MT-07 design for the European market has undergone several changes from the previous generation. The most obvious change occurred in the headlamp area, which now has a more grim appearance with 2 DRLs and one narrow LED projector.
The body area was also revised. For the shrouds sector, it has a kind of vent that makes it look more sporty. The exhaust position of this new model is also higher, and the heat cover has a new design. Furthermore, Yamaha also made changes to the turn signal lights. Now he has adopted LED technology with a minimalist design. the instrument panel also has a new design.
Yamaha MT-07 has received a Euro 5 emission standard certificate. Which means that technically, the exhaust gas of this motorbike is more environmentally friendly.
Design of the engine is still packed in 689 cc DOHC engine 2-cylinder parallel -Twin Crossplane , cooling liquids, and atomizer injection. The machine is claimed to be able to throw a maximum power of 72.4 hp at 8,750 rpm and 67 Nm of torque at 6,500 thousand rpm.

If you compare it with the previous model which was also marketed in Indonesia recently, its power has decreased by 1.3 dk even with a smaller torque of 1 Nm. The possible decline is due to MT-07 2021 already adopting Euro 5 and there are changes in the exhaust catalyst component.
